  *Note: A lot of the "5 Star" reviews are agents within this firm. Giving the company they work for a perfect review is similar to that person in your Facebook feed that "likes" their own selfie's. One agent or two leaving a review is fine, but the sheer number is kinda funny.* I'm really hoping that there is a good excuse why two agents from this firm, most recently Ned, didn't care to notify us about a cancellation. We're selling a home and had scheduled a showing yesterday for 1030 am today. Prior to hanging up, we requested that he text us 15 minutes before their arrival so we can make sure we were out of the house. We hadn't heard from them (maybe they forgot to text and were on the road?), so ten minutes before the showing, we shut off the computers for our home office and left. Five minutes after the showing was scheduled to start, we called Ned. To my surprise, there was no feedback as you would hear on hands free devises. Meaning of course, he never left the office this morning. He said his clients had "just cancelled" on him. Had that been true, he would have been in the road. With cell phones, email and so many other methods of communication, failure to show up to showings without notice is inexcusable. I sincerely hope by posting this agents will get a lot better about keeping everyone in loop to changes as they happen. I understand life happens and plans change. Time is extremely valuable. Let's hope Kelly Right and it's agents will become more respectful after this post.
